Field Service Supervisor

You will manage the day-to-day operations and work with peers, other departments, and customers to meet mutual goals and objectives.

Delivery of BMS service and maintenance

Subcontractor management

Resource management

Ability to manage and deliver maintenance contract

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with internal metrics for financial reporting, cost controls, Health and Safety and Quality Assurance

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Degree in an Engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical

Minimum 5 years’ experience in team leader/supervisory role in BMS. PLC is good to have

In-depth knowledge of BMS systems, preferably EBI is advantageous

Contracts management background in maintenance

Strong communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonal

Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner

Demonstrated financial skills
