• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems
• Leading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required
• Prepare accurate monthly forecasts and ensuring effective financial control according to agreed budgets and plans
• Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Facilitate the development of others’ knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities

KeyExperience & Capabilities:

• 8 years Industry experience / background –BMS / Security / HVAC control systems
• Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues
• Strong communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills
