Your responsibilities will include

• Administrative work in volume (file preparation, Osecac + Pami data uploading, daily case management (mails)
• Documentation scanning, documentation request to institutions, case follow-up (mails + calls), among other activities delegated to the position).
• Customer contact
• Invoicing - tracking and control of invoices in the system

Required qualifications:

• Student of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Systems or related area.
• Advanced English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Excel: Use of pivot tables, formulas, etc.

Preferred qualifications

• Organized, able to follow established processes.
• Good interpersonal skills, communication.
• Multitasking
