- Tertiary Qualifications in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering or related field from Washington Accord institutions.
- Chartered Engineering Professional in New Zealand (CPEng Geotechnical)
- Strong potential to develop and lead a high performing team through effective communication, mentorship and decision-making skills.
- Sound experience in various areas of geotechnical investigation, analysis, and design and associated infrastructure projects (earthworks, foundations, retention systems, slope stability, geological modelling, material parameter development, consolidation and settlement).
- Demonstrable experience in seismic load application and earthquake engineering practice.
- Proven experience in planning, coordination and supervision of geotechnical investigations and technical reporting (factual and interpretive reports).
- Strong knowledge in preparing geotechnical designs and deliverables for transport, energy & power, water and general infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work with our clients and advise the best outcomes for their needs.
