Required Qualifications

    • OR Batchelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field experience in working with multiple business units and countries,in Netherlandsand EMEA
  • This role requiresproficiencyin written, reading, and speaking Dutch

Preferred Qualification

  • Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
  • Experience with partnering with wide network of clients and across Human Resources to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Vigor for driving and landing change.
  • Success with relationship management including ability to rapidly build trust and confidence of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Execution skills, with ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and balance strategic priorities against operational needs.
Responsibilities

Organizational Design

  • monitor, execute, and continue to evolve and inform the design.
  • leveragingthe systems model, diagnosing talent pyramid and talent management processes/programs, interpreting results, and building recommendations based on data analyses. Assesses, interprets, and presents findings onorganizational effectiveness, and designs and implements assessments or solutions for an organization.

Change Design & Orchestration

  • HR metrics and data toidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement and report on the HR performance and

People Plan

  • Lead andfacilitatetalent management processes, such as succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and performance management
  • Identifiesgaps in current people plan, people programs, and tools to develop critical skills andmaintain
  • Identifiestalent strengths and needs through ongoing assessment of business needs. Partners with Talent Management to translate business priorities into talent managementoutcomes, andparticipates in the development and implementation of talent development plans and programs, byanalyzing
  • leadership gaps.Coachesmanagers and leaders tofacilitateorganizational change and model an inclusive environment.
  • Identifies

Strategy, Clarity & Alignment

  • Translates business strategies into people and organizational priorities. Leads the discussion with the business leadership teams in applying and aligning people and organizational priorities with organization vision and execution, to achieve the business goals for an assigned client, organization, or time zone.
  • Identifiesgaps in the execution of business strategies and guides business leadership on clarifying and executing business strategies for an assigned client, organization, or time zone.Identifiesneeds for interventions to drive clarity and address gaps in strategy execution. Leads the implementation of interventions.
  • Partners and negotiates with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Works Council)

Special Projects/Programs and Initiatives

  • Leads cross-team projects to adapt to business changes and address complex needs. May serve as a project manager to implement strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Creates communications, presentations, and messages for key projects.
