Job Description:


In the age of evolving digital commerce, build a scalable state of art capability driven Payments platform and solve real customer problems. You will be required to create product solutions, interact with customers to gather requirements and create end to end delivery strategy

Your day-to-day:

  • Driving product execution for Payments processing focusing on optimizing authorization and authentication rates for customers.

  • Ensure product requirements are defined globally, with scale, SLAs, performance in mind.

  • Clearly solicit feedback and distill vision, strategy, product benefits and results to our internal customers.

  • Representing the products to stakeholders and to peers across PayPal when it comes to establishing and enhancing Payment Transaction processing platform

  • Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights.

  • Write clear, detailed, and thorough specifications and user stories for complex features, functionality and products.

What you need to bring:

  • 6+ year experience with technology product management.

  • 4+ year experience with service oriented architecture and Agile development methodologies.

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, MBA a plus.

  • Experience in Payments, e-Commerce or Online Banking is ideal.

  • Experience working on payment platforms to visualize and execute towards ‘Platform as a product’ concept is desired

  • Strong writing skills and ability to converse with technical and non-technical personnel fluently, articulating complex business factors, progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner to all levels and functions.

  • Strong analytical ability, attention to details and data-driven decision making ability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, handling multiple priorities concurrently with minimal guidance is a must.
