Description
- Contribute to day-to-day delivery:- Lead and manage projects, including planning, coordination and stakeholders management- Design, develop and maintain web applications and scripts to enable high-quality insights and automation- Identify opportunities to automate sales processes to improve efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally in the consumer electronics industry
- 10+ years of experience in data & insight, reporting, data analysis, business intelligence or similar positions - with 4+ years in a manager position
- Passion for phenomenal work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a proven track record to influence both internal and external partners to drive the work forward
- Ability to prioritise, plan, delegate and implement strategies, programs and projects successfully
- Proven people management skills, building capabilities of individuals and team through effective employee development, involvement, communication and mentorship
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- In-depth experience with Tableau (including SQL)
- Experience with statistical tools and programming/scripting languages, such as Python or Scala
- Experience with UI/UX development, including data visualisation design
- Experience with data modelling, data pipelining and data services, eg. using Snowflake
- General understanding of the machine learning stack (data ingestion, preprocessing, model development and evaluation, deployment, monitoring and testing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, ReactJS
- Experience in developing and maintaining BOBJ reports
