We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive Cisco's partner community, our #1 route to market. The primary responsibility of the PAE is to work with Cisco's key Partners to grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions.
You will work together with assigned Partners to develop plans that bring incremental revenue to Cisco and to Partners in strategic focus areas.
You will build awareness of the competitive landscape and educate our key Partners on strategies to position their Cisco based solutions for success against present and emerging competitors.
You will work cross-functionally within Cisco to develop ideas, share standard methodologies and implement strong business plans for growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
You have previous experience or an understanding of working with Partners in the Technology Industry.
You have a background that will enable teamwork within Cisco and our Partner community.
You have the required skills to develop a Business Plan that combines the Partner’s key initiatives and Cisco’s priorities for mutual success in the marketplace.
Korean language fluency.

You can develop and clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and standard methodologies.
You have passion, energy, excitement and intensity to represent the best channel partners internally.
