Lead a team of consumer experience planning driving premium experiences in own retail and WHS mono.
Create a cohesive wholesale and retail design and lead the briefing of concept roll out for all wholesale and retail channels across categories in physical needs.
Drive the cascade of global retail concept guidelines to Country/Clusters related teams in long term retail design tools.
Monitor local execution of retail design across channels and formats according to global concept guidelines.
Drive compliance of local executions in clusters/countries in line with global guidelines in terms of the retail design
Lead the capture and consolidation of input across all channels and clusters/countries to inform and influence Global retail design ensure store formats land with impact.
Orchestrate and gather input from local team on current and future retail concepts and formats, digital and physical experience, Consumer Experience topics based on local customer/consumer and channel distribution needs.
Become the Market communication counterpart for the Global Consumer Experience team.
Review architectural structure & permit issue with local engineer and architect to control construction process and overall timeline to meet target opening date.
Manage all fixture installed in all stores for ordering, shipment, custom clearance, installation, payment settlement and defect report for both own retail and wholesale stores to ensure all global fit-out guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions and support functions
Need basic understanding and knowledge on structural, aesthetic, and local code of architecture and interior design.
Fluent spoken and written in Korea and English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
+6 years progressive retail design and consumer experience expertise
Regional expertise desired
Sporting Industry experience desired
University degree ideally in Architecture and/or Interior design
