Responsibilities:

  • Interface directly with the first-line of defense Business, Technology, and Cyber teams to ensure the timely reporting and completion of TRA-identified mitigation activities.

  • Support mitigation activity change requests in collaboration with Business, Tech, and Cyber stakeholders, as well as second line of defense Tech Risk Management.

  • Assist and drive project and program delivery, including TRA mitigation reporting, direct engagement in senior-level meetings, and drafting and reviewing materials for Senior Management in support of program governance activities.

  • Analyze information to proactively identify risks, trends, and process improvements; support reporting on risk topics to Management.

  • Stay current on the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts to our efforts.

  • Participate in risk and other Management forums and contribute to continuous improvement of risk and project / program management practices.

  • Support interactions with Internal Audit and Regulatory agencies related to our work, as applicable.

  • Participate in and execute other special projects for the team on a periodic basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the fields of Cybersecurity, Technology, or Cyber Internal or External Audit

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management

  • At least 1 year of experience with supporting IT audits or risk assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with analysis of Information Security or Technology threats and risks

  • 2+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients

  • 1+ year of experience with Information Security / Technology Policies, Standards, and Procedures

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Industry cybersecurity / technology risk and/or project management certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, GCP Cloud Digital Leader, or related certifications

  • 1+ years of experience with G Suite, Google Workspace for reports, analysis, and presentations.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $114,700 - $130,900 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & AnalysisThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
