• Oversees the governance of business resiliency/continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, exercises, and recovery. Provides insight on the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a maximum tolerable downtime.
• Provides oversight for the execution, communication, and maintenance of business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
• Participates in the preparation of reporting for the LOB committee/executive on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May partner with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
• Leads the development and enhancement of information on resiliency/continuity policies, procedures, processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business resiliency/continuity.
