Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 15+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python○ OR equivalent experience.• 3+ years of experience in people management,• Experience in developing andlarge-scale backend services.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python○ OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technicalengineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java,JavaScript, or Python○ OR equivalent experience.• 4+ years of experience in people management,• Experience with design, implementation in Azure Databases or equivalent technology stack in other cloud providers.• Experience contributing to any existing OSS like PostgreSQL/ MongoDB /Cassandra is a huge plus.
