Service Delivery Management Coordinator – Infrastructure Defense, you will be coordinating our 'Change the Bank' (CTB) transformational and 'Run the Bank' (RTB) efforts, ensuring they align with our Infrastructure Defense goals. We're seeking someone who has a proven track record of driving global programs and transformations in a complex enterprise to support our cybersecurity objectives.
Effective communication is key in this role, as you'll frequently engage with senior Information Security management and important business stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
Responsibilities:
Drive Change the Bank (CTB) transformational and Run the Bank (RTB) activities to manage the delivery of Perimeter, Network and Endpoint large scale activities and key initiatives, supporting business sector use of Infrastructure Defense security services.
Provide oversight on portion of CISO’s Infrastructure Defense Book Of Work ensuring its impact on CISO’s success by improving engagement between the Initiative team, CISO management stakeholders, and key internal/external partners
Coordinate with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees, CISO and CIO partners in delivering transformational Programs
Oversee technology onboarding efforts that support protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information that are stored and processed
Educate and advise business and technical leaders on the development, delivery and management of security solutions
Provide security oversight for major system designs and monitor the implementation of approved Corrective Action Plans
Plan and implement IS administration for Information Technology (IT) projects, and plan short to medium term IS actions and resources
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant cybersecurity and/or IT experience
Leadership roles across technology or cybersecurity leading large programs or transformational activities
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with cross functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
