What you'll do

1. Resolve high volume of customer contacts through various support modalities which may include inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and tickets
2. Investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues
3. Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases
4. Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
5. Triage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolution
6. Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends
7. Provide feedback to leadership and program teams regarding processes and trends

What you'll need

1. Fluent in German
2. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
3. Currently living in Lisbon or willing to move
4. Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (essential)
5. High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
6. Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
7. Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
8. Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
9. Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries.
10. Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
