Key job responsibilities
As a Partner Solutions Architect you will be working with our Telco partners on a portfolio of B2B solutions to address customer needs. You will be focusing on creating services and offers and help a named set of partners develop new cloud based products, services and solutions. You will guide partner teams developing these solutions and launching them to market to help generate new revenue streams and creating new opportunities. Your work will address: Ideation of new managed services streams, differentiation and unique solutions that positions AWS as a unique provider, Solutions advisory, PoCs execution, solution development (testing, documentation, training), and collaboration with Telcos to develop and market new offerings and creating new business opportunities.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with Telco partners and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams for future service offerings.
It is expected to help partner consulting and sales teams develop GTM requirements for the designed solutions and services and share all the cool things our partners do for our customers within our AWS teams. To do this at scale, we focus on generating reference architectures, and sharing knowledge by writing blog posts, conducting webinars and speaking at AWS partner events. Your broad responsibilities will include owning the technical product development and placing them successfully (adoption) in the market with AWS Telco partners.
Strong communication skills are essential in this role and the ability to authentically speak to technical audiences.

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
