  • Lead Integration Strategy: Craft and execute people integration plans that align with overarching business and technology integration strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for acquired talent.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build, sustain, and influence relationships with senior business leaders, corporate development, and HR stakeholders, mobilizing cross-functional teams to address key people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and oversee a comprehensive M&A People strategic roadmap to support long-term goals in alignment with business growth and transformation.

  • Enhance Engagement Model: Continuously evaluate and enhance the M&A People engagement model to ensure collaboration and accountability among various HR teams, such as HR Business Partners, People Partners, and People Operations.

  • Due Diligence Leadership: Co-lead due diligence efforts, representing the company in discussions with target companies to assess cultural and operational alignment, identify integration challenges, and shape strategic recommendations.

  • Integration Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in addressing complex integration areas, such as employee leveling, organizational design, onboarding, total rewards, data migration, and systems harmonization to achieve a cohesive organizational fit.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of HR or M&A experience, with extensive knowledge of M&A life cycles and people implications.
