Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Global People Group. Based in our Bangalore office with travel to our Noida office and international travel.
  • Enabling a high-performance organization by:
    • Understanding and aligning the needs of our organization, teams and our people, to get the best possible performance.
    • Building strategy that grows and develops our organization’s capability and resilience. Developing regional people strategies and plans, providing guidance to senior management, aligning with overall business goals.Using the value of our various authorities and teams, to achieve organizational goals; ensuring our global intent and policies land effectively in our India region.
    • Leading all aspects of delivery of core people function (Business change, Operations, employee casework, Benefits, Advisory function)
    • Building manager capability through curated development offerings and advice.
    • Being an active member of India Regional Leadership team. Providing strategic advice and partnership.
    • Leading the regional people enablement team (team of three); provide direction and support while growing capabilities.
    • Being an inclusive and engaged member of our global people group, extended leadership community. Using the support of the broader People Group in the India region. Driving improvement and impact by leading cross-functional collaborative working.

Required skills and experience:

  • Extensive HR leadership and functional experience across a range of fields including regulatory and compliance, Business Change, Operations (Payroll & Benefits) and Employment Relations.
  • Strong experience applied with curiosity and willingness. We are breaking new ground; we need fresh perspectives.Track record of delivering business change, especially in sophisticated and time critical setting – balancing speed and quality
  • Experienced Thought Partner – listen understand, find alignment and bring leaders and teams together, to achieve the greater goal.
  • Strong process improvement approach – look for scalability, efficiency and value, in how we deliver our core business.
