As aSoftware Engineer, Automationyou will be responsible for improving operational efficiency by designing, building and maintaining data solutionsthat impact how go-to-market decisions are made. Your data and insights solutions will drive product monetization timelines. You will become an integral part of how we scale Microsoft’s monetization strategy. Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ Years experience in Data Engineering.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, orPython
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing and deploying services on Azure and maintaining a large-scale, released commercial service.
• Experience in creating API solutions on Azure Intelligent Cloud for cross platform communication is highly desired.

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain data pipelines, ETL & ELT solutions on Azure Intelligent Cloud platform. Lead end-to-endproject delivery to achieve timely, high-quality results
• Collaborates with business process improvement specialists, business planners, data scientists and engineers across multiple teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for automation product, application, service, or platform.
• Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
• Utilize cloud-native technologies and distributed systems to develop a resilient, secure platform.
• Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
