Responsibilities
  • Lead talent management and development initiatives to support people’s high engagement and lifetime retention;
  • Partner with HR’s main functional areas (Hiring, Employee Experience, Learning & Talent Development and Compensation);
  • Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams;
  • Lead and execute various projects and initiatives around talent development, employee engagement, communication and performance;
  • Proactively identify business needs, design and execute HR solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Partner;
  • Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills;
  • Experience in supporting both growing and dynamic teams;
  • High level of business acumen;
  • Hands-on approach and ownership to ensure people’s high level of engagement;
  • Ability to work independently and proven experience in problem solving;
  • Experience in team building and team development;
  • Effective communication skills in both Ukrainian/Belarusian/Russian and English.
