You will:
Collaborate with stakeholders on business assumptions that impact supply chain planning and the Dell Branded Client Peripherals. Drive business strategy and/or sales objectives through demand, supply and capacity inputs to orchestrate decisions on forecasts, outlooks and customer commitments
Evaluate market, commodity, product, and platform dynamics that may impact the planning organization
Managing a team that forecasts supply for Dell Branded Client Peripherals
Being digitally savvy and able to lead team to apply cutting edge principles, theories, concepts, and technologies that are based upon industry best practices
Clearly understands Dell's short and long-term business goals and strategic objectives, and ability to drive alignment of group direction with those objectives
Essential Requirements
Utilizing data, analytics, and market intelligence to manage risk in order to drive optimal results for the customer & organization
Driving modernization efforts for the planning organization
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills
Desirable Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically requires. Advanced analytics and modeling experience. Undergraduate degree required. MBA is preferred.
Demonstrated work experience in Commodity planning, Procurement , Sales or supply planning and/or Production planning. Effective influencing, executive communications and presentation skills. Demonstrated organizational ability.
