What a typical day looks like:
- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements andconsiderations.
- Checks materials related to data research.
- Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
- Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
- Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience andtraining.
- Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of supply chain management experience or similar field, including broad based management and supervision.
