Job Description
Partner with Global Ops and Corporate Comm teams to implement organization wide Comms and Branding strategies.
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and branding strategy to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE).
Manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media
Identify emerging communication and branding trends, and incorporate them into the overall strategy
Manage the multimedia communications for the FBE organization.
Manage and maintain the webpage by developing new and relevant content.
Develop a holistic engagement strategy to ensure FBE employees stay engaged in creating a Great Place to Work (GPTW)
Curate specific engagement activities to elevate FBE employee experience
Deploy GPTW elements to increase engagement at FBE level
Develop and deploy key business analytics to measure effectiness of communications.

Qualifications
5 to 10 years working experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master degree would be advantegous
Proven experience in leading communucations and branding strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
