Collaborate with functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog, specifying acceptance requirements and obtaining feedback.
Cooperate with and influence internal GE Healthcare tool and infrastructure roadmaps.

Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
Collaborates with functional manager and program management team for the release and sprint backlogs to support short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.

Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available resources
Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
Work with globally located technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan.
Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role focused on project management.
Proficiency with Agile and project management tools such as Rally, Jira, MS Project and Smartsheet
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps theory, CI/CD, software design, coding principles and working in an Agile environment
Demonstrated experience working with scrum teams and driving process improvements.
