Principal Associate, External Affairs Risk Guide, Enterprise Services Risk Office

As a Principal Associate in the Enterprise Services Risk Office, you are the first line of defense to help ensure our Company remains well-managed and avoid unnecessary risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the External Affairs teams in the development and execution of the risk management strategy and deliver on enterprise and team objectives.

  • Partner with the business partners to deliver on the identification and development of risks, issues, and/or mitigation plans to ensure the business implements needed changes and addresses areas of exposure.

  • Develop and help to deliver senior level risk management reporting and communications

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic objectives

  • Coordinate program-related activities and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groups

  • Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate in our approach to risk management.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Enterprise Services process owners, process managers, and vertical risk advisors

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting and interacting with internal business clients across multiple levels

  • At least 3 years of experience facilitating and leading discussions across various disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or military experience

  • 3+ years of risk management, technology, or a related discipline

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Risk Management

  • 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience

  • 1+ years of experience with controls development, controls management, and reporting activities

Plano, TX: $115,900 - $132,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis McLean, VA: $127,500 - $145,500 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis Richmond, VA: $115,900 - $132,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis New York, NY: $139,100 - $158,700 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis Chicago, IL: $115,900 - $132,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis Wilmington, DE: $115,900 - $132,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & AnalysisThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
