Payroll Leave Specialist - Nashville, Tn
As a Payroll Leave Specialist you areresponsible for providing detailed transactional, payroll, andadministrative support for leave processesrelated to pay.
Your role:
- Manages and records document flow, files employee-related documentation, maintains employee files and records on leave related documentation.
- Audits, edits, and enters time, processespayroll through ADP.
- Assists employees with inquiries related to pay during leaves of absence.
- Conducts regular checks on system changes, monitors for discrepancies, and executes necessary corrections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
You're the right fit if:
- You have +2 years’ experience inprocessingpayrollrelated toleaves of absence,general payroll processing, knowledge of state requirements for leaves of absence.
- You've got a High School Diploma,Vocational Training,or an equivalent level of education.
- You have had experienceinADP Global View and Microsoft Office. SAP HRIS is a plus.
- Your skills include persuasive and assertive communication, proactivity in problem solving and coordinating priorities to solve issues with all stakeholders.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
