As part of theicrosoft AI (Artificial Intelligence)Accessibility team, you will be an advocate for inclusive design, working with engineering to deliver experiences and meet all the diverse needs of our customers.
ccessibility program, you will coordinate initiatives across Bing, Copilot, Microsoft News and Microsoft Advertising. You will communicate and engage with executives and connect with customers to gather data to support prioritization of accessible and inclusive design in product.
If you have experience running and designing enterprise scale services and platforms, technical depth, familiarity with agile development practices, and experience working directly with engineersboth locally andgeographically dispersed this is the ideal role for you.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
