- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical process engineering and manufacturing automation.
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions in an industrial environment.
- 5 years of experience with CAD software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant fields, or a professional engineering license.
- Experience in estimation, mechanical design, operation, and commissioning of mission critical data center mechanical equipment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and product quality management systems.
- Experience in the data center industry or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of robotics, control systems, industrial automation, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
