In this role, you will:
- Provides thought leadership to develop the vision, set the direction, and implement the global physical security operation solutions within Corporate Security
- Develops and implements a comprehensive enterprise-wide physical security operations program to strengthen corporate security, focusing on physical safety, risk mitigation, and the protection of bank assets and personnel.
- Partners closely with senior executives and their teams across the enterprise to ensure alignment with organizational security objectives and regulatory requirements while incorporating business and location-specific needs into the physical the security plan
- Manages security operations for a complex global organization, with accountability for the physical safety and protection of the 4,000 retail branch network, spanning diverse geographic regions and operational environments.
- Develops and directs security strategies for approximately 12,000 ATM assets across the US, ensuring robust risk mitigation and asset protection in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensures a unified physical security plan supporting the needs of retail operations, ATM networks, employee safety and critical facilities, while balancing complexity and risk on a global scale.
- Leads the mitigation of major incidents impacting physical security through partnerships with Properties, Security Response Center, and lines of business to ensure assets and personnel are protected
- Drives multiple high-impact and high visibility initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals, collaborating across enterprise functions to safeguard the organization and support management in achieving enterprise-wideobjectives.
- Implement changes to company security policies and standards based on changes in government regulations, technology enhancements, or accepted security ideas
- Provide thought leadership within Corporate Security to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially companywide business challenges through optimization of resources.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated physical security program development and implementation
- Demonstrated familiarity with the physical security industry processes, policies, and standards
- Experience with corporate policies pertaining to customer authentication, site physical security, and systems access
- Strong violence free workplace program development skills, workplace threat assessment skills and threat mitigation strategy development
- Demonstrated knowledge of physical security technology related to access control, video, and alarm systems
- Law enforcement, government agency (field), or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure time sensitive environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and develop talent within a team
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- Experience in risk and compliance management
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Pay Range
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
