Your key responsibilities

  • Working as part of engagement team, being responsible for own case load and supporting other team members as needed
  • Communicating with international EY teams, client contacts/HR to obtain information, to provide updates
  • Ensuring that management is advised of client issues and escalations when they arise
  • Managing client expectations regarding upcoming expiries and required actions
  • Owning any ad hoc projects or pulling together spreadsheets of information as required by the client
  • Providing timely responses to client queries
  • Managing program reporting and analytics
  • Building strong relationships with international EY teams and liaising with them on a daily basis
  • Understanding basic immigration and/or tax processing categories and requirements for a variety of foreign jurisdictions
  • Assisting team members with caseload as required

To qualify for the role you must have

  • University/college degree
  • Fluent English (Nordic languages such as Swedish or Finnish beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Experience of working with team members in a multi-country environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of global mobility, personal income tax or global immigration experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working in a professional services firm and client facing role is preferred, however experience from an inhouse role is also suitable for this position
