What you’ll do
Set out structure in Project Tracking System in partnership with Org. PMO, Audit & Controls and monitor adherence to standards.
As required help support the Budget Process.
Support resourcing processes as required.
Partner with Controls Team to ensure alignment with control processes.
Partner with HR Org PMO and Citi Program Management Council (CPMC), providing feedback from the group to enhance global processes.
Cascade policy changes and expectations and deliver training as required with support from the group.
Establish and maintain standardized central approach to support audit across the team – provide oversight to ensure alignment.
Coordinate Managers Control Assessment (MCA) quarterly reviews for the broader group, including semi-annual access review and annual record management.
Lead, coordinate, actively participate in elaboration of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices (providing PMO consultancy support to the team).
Train Project Managers on Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) / PMO processes and templates.
Identify and execute opportunities for upskilling/training based on Peer to Peer reviews and changes to CPMC Standards.
Provide guidance and direction to the broader group on governance related matters as required.
Partner with the Process and Program Design Head to monitor and improve the governance of the portfolio.
Support monitoring of adherence to standards (Peer to Peer reviews) and independent third-party reviews.
PMO Consultancy – supports the maintenance of the PMO Consultancy service to the team in the selected expertise areas.
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of prior relevant work experience, preferably within the Banking industry and HR
Experience in Projects roles (3+ years), either as a PMO or Project Manager or Business Analyst
Multiple years of working in a multi-cultural environment delivering results with virtual teams
Good presentation and communication skills
Fluent English language skills
Experience and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.)
PMP or other Project Management certification a plus
Knowledge and experience of HR Talent processes end to end and systems a plus
