Power Platform Expert (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint & AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced dashboards, interactive reports, and analytics solutions primarily using Power BI, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Develop intuitive, custom Power Apps solutions for business process automation.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless integration with the Power Platform suite.
• Leverage AI tools and features within the Microsoft Power Platform, enhancing predictive analytics, automated insights, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, clearly define project scopes, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, performance optimization, and comprehensive troubleshooting across Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate integration of Power Platform with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and AI services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of extensive hands-on experience, particularly focused on Power BI, alongside Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Demonstrable experience creating advanced dashboards, insightful reports, and analytics using Power BI.
• Proven capability in developing customized business applications using Power Apps.
• Solid experience managing and optimizing SharePoint environments.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience integrating AI tools such as Copilot or AI Builder with the Power Platform.
• Expert understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and best practices in data visualization.
• Proficient with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and integration technologies (APIs, Web services).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
