Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with Compute engineering to ensure enterprise ecosystem stability and facilitate customer rollouts.

  • Investigate and debug Operating System, driver(s), and user environment issues on Windows on ARM devices.

  • Plan and coordinate beta program testing, track user feedback, and provide regular updates and escalations to IT leadership, OEMs, ODMs, and internal engineering teams.

  • Design custom solutions to enhance support, management, and deployment of devices.

  • Create and manage, and work toward resolution of cases relevant to issues escalated by end users, the development team and team members.

Skills/Experience

  • Windows on ARM (Copilot+ PC)

  • Microsoft Intune Autopilot

  • Microsoft Configuration Manager Operating System Distribution (OSD)

  • Experience working on projects within technical teams

  • Strong experience with Windows OS (all versions) in a large corporate environment

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of the organization

  • Productive in a team environment, contributing to a positive team effort.

Pay range:

$45.50 - $68.24
