WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and execute training programs addressing a spectrum of talent development needs globally. These encompass leadership development, HR processes enablement and implementation (performance management, onboarding, etc.), soft skills, and career paths.
- Create tailored content reflecting Wiz culture and addressing specific organizational requirements.
- Lead workshops, offsite sessions, and other learning forums, both virtually and in-person.
- Continuously manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content relevance and optimal learning consumption.
- Implement ongoing measurement mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of learning solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development and learning roles in tech global companies - MUST.
- Proficiency in content creation, learning session facilitation, and designing organizational development processes.
- Proven experience in utilizing data to measure learning outcomes.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MA/MBA - advantage.
