Wake up for this:

  • Execution of organizational development processes and programs (managerial development programs, surveys, performance, feedback).
  • Identify learning and development needs, and support managers and employees in creating developmental opportunities.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including instructor-led sessions, job aids and slides, or finding external vendors for online learning.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
  • Lead the establishment of organizational offering for employees to allow skills development.
  • Ongoing responsibility on surveys and OD & learning systems ( LMS).
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Learning & Development role in global companies.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - English and Hebrew.
  • Experience in implementing OD processes and programs.
  • Great project management and task management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders at the company
  • Taking end-to-end ownership and responsibility
