Support end to end L&D initiatives and solutions within Mobileye – from collecting training needs, analyzing data and accordingly design, coordinate, implement and execute different learning methods (F2F, online, conferences, internal learning and more).
Support execution of cross organizational learning programs using Mobileye's LMS & LXP – populate course information and assign learners, audit course enrollment data for employees, making the learning accessible for end users and maintain the platforms.
Assist designing career and leadership development plans for managers and employees and execute learning programs accordingly.
Build and plan yearly L&D programs and promote new learning initiatives.
Assist with giving different Onboarding solutions both in technological and organization cultural fields.
Evaluate existing programs and promote initiatives to suggest improvements.
Work and collaborate with local and global vendors & trainers handling contracts & agreements and additional parts in the process
Work collaboratively with multiple interfaces like different business units, HR, IS, Operations, Marketing, and others.
Support and maintain the internal data base of HR procedures and guidance plans and create relevant policies and communications.
All you need is:
2+ years of experience in Training and OD, in a hi-tech company
BA in a related field from a leading institution, MA/MBA an advantage
Experience in design of materials, programs, communications
Experience using Articulate 360 (Rise, StoryLine)Experience working with learning platforms such as LMS/ LXP
Strong Project management skills, ability to manage multiple disciplines and projects independently, well organized and have high prioritization skills, willing to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
