We are looking for a creative colleague who supports our agile, diverse development team with the rollout of our Intelligent Service Delivery (ISD) Hub application to our fast growing community of internal users and customers.
- You will work on concepts to enable new user groups and to train existing users to make the most of our latest features.
- You will create the corresponding rollout materials and organize and conduct enablement sessions.
- You will work closely with colleagues in other roles like product manager, product owner, and chief product owner to learn from them about the latest features and to bring user feedback back to the development team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent university / bachelor’s / master’s degree
- At least two years of professional experience
- You are very creative and love to work on new ideas and fresh concepts
- You have very strong communication and presentation skills
- You are a team player and possess strong customer orientation
- Fluent English (written and spoken), elementary German
Experience in customer service delivery and creating and editing professional rollout materials like videos using Camtasia and Audiate is a plus.
