Essential Functions of the Job:
The Africa Infrastructure Risk Manager will report directly into the Africa Regional Risk Management Leader. The role consists of a strategic and an operational component and the essential functions are as follows:
Project Management: Local special projects, Africa strategic Regional projects, Global deployment of risk management enablers and roll out of ERP platform (Mercury).
QMS Quarterly: Questionnaire Management System customisation occur on a quarterly basis. This allow for improvements to be made to the Client and Engagement risk management enabler (PACE).
Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual Africa statistical tracker for the Client and engagement risk management enabler.
Administration: Administer the PACE Tool
: Adhoc reporting requirements from the SLQ
Interpersonal skills
CMA/CGMA with the Institute of CIMA
Or appropriate Risk Management qualification like, Bcom Risk Management
Master level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years risk management experience is needed if the individual is external to EY.
A minimum of 5 year working with in EY working as Service Line Quality is needed to fulfil the requirements of this role.
A minimum of 3 years working with in the service line and 2 year working as operations, finance or SLQ is needed to meet the demand this role places on the individual.
Internal systems knowledge
Mastery of the following systems is essential. PACE, GIS, GFIS, Mercury, MDM, AML, Sharepoint, Atlas, QMS-PACE, QMS-AML, SORT.
