WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of London office such as maintenance issues and requests, maintaining vendor relationships, mail, purchasing supplies
- Oversee other flex spaces and hub locations throughout EMEA/APJ to maintain best practices and culture
- Assist with on-demand request for hot desks globally
- Organize daily office operations and procedures
- Work closely with the IT department for office equipment
- As needed, work with Employee Experience to coordinate office and local events
- Problem solves as challenges arise, without direct supervision and thrive in a chaotic environment
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2-3 years minimum proven experience as an Office Manager
- Position prerequisite is work from office Monday - Thursday, Friday as needed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages.
- Ability to work with confidential information and always remain discreet.
- Team player ethic, and eager to learn with excellent attention to detail
- Forward thinking and creativity to think freely, and put the well-being of our Wizards and guests top of mind
- Doer mentality – someone who is a go-getter and works well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
