Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with ESBPs, support and lead ES Cyclical programs.
  • Analyse and provide insights on all programs (i.e. compensation, merit, promotion, GIS, G4G, etc.), offering support to regional ESBP and supported organisations.
  • Process input and design, including running audits to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Partnering with One ES (CoEs and other ES stakeholders) to ensure success of ES Programs and garner support on India levelprojects/initiatives.
  • Global ESPC Community Connect, aligning with the Global PC organisation and facilitating two-way best practice sharing.
  • Support ESBPs in driving ES programs with data-driven insights/audits: Talent Review, Performance Management, Performance ratings, GIS, G4G, Promotions, Merit cycle, Performance management, Periodic Business Reviews, Ad hoc data requests.
  • Preparing content for Business & ES QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Establishing and maintaining strong connections with the people manager population.
  • Working closely with people managers to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.
  • Proactively understands what analysis needs to be done to provide a narrative to leaders on their overall org health
  • Onboards, leads, and coaches fellow ESPCs.
