Responsibilities:
Support development of Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL) by working with risk and business stakeholders and IT teams to define the business requirements and identify the data sources for stress exposure, stress losses, stress loss drivers, stress loss change explains, and sensitivity analysis across all risk pools, including wholesale, counterparty credit risk, retail, and market risk.
Collaborate with risk/business stakeholders to document business requirements, identify key data attributes, develop relevant tools and dashboards in order to support Global Systematic Stress Testing program.
Conduct meetings with users and stakeholders to document all the stated requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for each individual project.
Design and prototype certain application components such as screens, reports, and process and data flow charts for users or IT teams.
Support IT teams on the developments of Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and technical implementations.
Create test cases/plan based on the business requirements, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan; Assist users to conduct acceptance testing to ensure all the requirements are met.
Create and manage project plan including milestones, tasks and dependencies on the other systems or developments; provide periodical project update to the stakeholders and senior management.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Master’s degree in sciences, finance, or business.
10+ years of working experiences in management consulting, risk management with banking or financial institutions.
3+ years of working experience asbusiness analyst with risk application developments in banking or financial industry.
Highly organized self-starter, capable of working independently.
Familiar with financial products in wholesale, credit, or retails
Familiar with software development methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
