Job Title: Service Excellence – Project Manager – Supervising Associate
This position will support GDS Argentina Service Lines/Service Functions in process improvement consultancy and Project/Program Management for software development projects based on the following: Office 365 Suite -Sharepoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps- BI applications, others.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to the development of automation solutions using MS PowerPlatform, VBA macros, SharePoint, and other technologies.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Demonstrate business skills with the ability to effectively negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Assist in business process improvement discussions, analyse and provide consultancy on process and automation opportunities
- Assess and document processes. Suggest improvements
- Communicate any development or resourcing roadblocks to leadership
- Facilitates solutions across portfolio of projects, leveraging experiences and lessons learned
- Provide supervision and direction to team members and staff
- Delegate, coach, coordinate and lead co-workers and project team members

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management/process improvement role
- Proven experience in managing projects/programs related to automation solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPlatform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI), VBA macros, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
