What you'll do
As a working student or intern, you will support us with creating crisp communication and visuals for internal and external purposes.
Your tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Engage with various stakeholders to support global communications and reporting for SAP Labs Network
- Drive SAP Labs Network’s brand perception
- Improve visibility & brand internally and externally of SAP
- Support Operations tasks on a ad-hoc basis

Working hours per week: 15-20 hours
Duration of employment: 6 months with the option to prolong the engagement
What you bring
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Studying preferably in the fields: Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Software skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, SharePoint, Power Point, Teams, and Excel) is a must-have. Knowledge and skills on graphic design is helpful
- Knowledge of basic data manipulation and graphing in Excel is an advantage
- Language skills: excellent command of the English language is a prerequisite (written and verbal – an English native speaker would be an advantage), German language skills are beneficial
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Soft skills: Strong business communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn and explore new things, independent working style, reliability and working on schedule
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
