Responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of supporting the organization of events and be responsible for small event projects
  • Assist in the implementation of webcasts
  • Promote the events we sponsor and the webcasts we organize on internal and external communication levers
  • You will be responsible for creating online and offline campaigns in the MEE region
  • You prepare social media activities
  • You handle communication with SAP Signavio’s clients and partners, including appointment coordination
  • You will organize and support the production of advertising material
  • Regular activity monitoring meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Find lead generating activities, marketing agencies with whom you can initiate ABM campaigns
  • You organize omnichannel marketing campaigns

As an intern, you would work 40 hours per week and as a working student, you would work 20 hours per week.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Good MS Office skills
  • You see your strength in project coordination
  • You are an open-minded person and can imagine working closely with an international team
  • You have very good communication skills
  • You have experience in dealing with customers, partners or suppliers
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the B2B environment
  • Experience in using HubSpot is advantageous
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English
  • Position is open to all candidates located within Germany
