IT Project Manager - EU Institutions

Roles & Responsibilities
- EU institutions and agencies are faced with a range of diverse challenges and often need to deal with disruptive changes.
- We are looking to strengthen the EU sector team with a Project Manager – EU Institutions who has experience in working with and/or within EU institutions, bodies, organisations, and agencies (EC-DIGIT, EP, Eurostat, Publication Office).
- Lead and contribute to activities from proposal preparation, support to sales and other market development activities
- Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the implementation of services from launch to final delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the implementation of services from launch to final delivery.
- Oversee implementation of several projects to ensure quality delivery on time and budget.
- Participate in the organisation of teams’ events and training sessions.
- Actively contribute to EU-organized events and share the knowledge and expertise with the EU institutions practice, public sector, and the organisation network.
- Craft, build and manage a project roadmap to ensure timely delivery of project activities and success of an overall project objectives.
- Commit to the development of our practice by participating to the organisation of team events, training sessions and recruitment activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hold a Masters’ degree and have minimum 7 years of working experiences, including client-facing consulting experience;
- Have at least 5 years of experience as ICT Project Manager for EU institutions.
- Exposure to following type of projects: Digital Cloud transformation, AI, Cyber security, Architecture, Software implementation and management.
- Hold certificates in project management (PRINCE2Foundation, PM2methodology, Scrum master, Agile PM), Business analysis (e.g. CBAP), ITIL, TOGAF, etc.
- Have commercial mindset and hands-on experience with proposal preparation for EU institutions.
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or German is a plus.
- Have excellent communications and presentation skills.
