Job Description

In Integrated Supply Chain, we need to have best in class ways for looking at our product cost end to end that provides actionable transparency to ISC costs and help achieve our profitability growth targets. As the Product Cost Finance Leader, you will be responsible for process standardization, bringing more insights/transparency on the product cost, co-driving operational excellence together with respective ISC functions and Businesses as well as supporting NPI activities as needed.

You are responsible for:

• Lead the evolution of the product cost function in ISC Finance by defining & socializing standard processes and tools.

• Co-develop/drive collaborative process and supporting reporting tools that enable transparency and monitoring of product cost (including forward looking analysis).

• Lead the FCP calculation by defining correct standards during forecast & AOP sessions and analyze variances.

• Improve FCP predictability and shorten the leadtime through simplified WoW.

• Ensure use of standard SAP costing capabilities. Work with EIM/BPO organizations to improve/build SAP capabilities to increase efficiency & transparency.

• Support operational excellence (e.g. cost optimization) initiatives and make/buy decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance & ISC functions to consult and support process standards and costing policies and guidelines.

• Identify and nurture talent to ensure product cost skillsets of the future. Create product cost center of excellence.

You are part of:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Finance and / or Engineering

• At least 8 years relevant experience as a Controller, Cost Engineer or Financial Analyst

• Preferable a background in manufacturing finance or supply chain finance

• Visible passionate leadership style (required)

• Strong communicative and people skills, able to build bridges between people (required)

• Strong analytic and Microsoft office skills (required)

• Hands on, pro-active, solution driven, very accurate but with sense of big picture across the integrated supply chain and businesses.
