As the Product Owner for our dynamic team, you will spearhead the development of our product's vision, ensuring its profound impact on customer value. Your role will involve a keen understanding of our goals, mission, and project deliverables, translating these into clear business requirements for our Agile Team.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Develop the vision for the product and the impact on customer value
• Understand goals, mission and/or project deliverables and communicate the business requirements to the Agile Team
• Groom the Product Backlog and define priorities aligned with company strategy
• Update regularly on the product status, key issues and release time-lines to stakeholders
• Close cooperation with the technical team leads and scrum masters to resolve dependencies and remove impediments
• Collaborate with our System Engineering team to design software solutions that drive back-end systems
• Assist the Deployment and Operations teams with product deployment and customer support
• Travel abroad (up to 20%)

For that mission you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in an R&D environment
• At least 2 years of Product Owner/Business Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects
• Experience in managing complex integrations and versions
• Experience in working in a Matrix environment
• Experience analysing, defining and translating business needs into requirements
• Experience working in an agile environment

Essential Skills:

• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to establish priorities and achieve results
• Highly committed and accountable, independent and able to take initiative
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate colleagues & subcontractors

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of cellular technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR)
• Understanding of wireless communication antennas and radio frequency propagation
• Experience in networking architecture
• Experience in virtualisation environments
• Experience in server/client architecture
