The candidate will lead and manage a SEA/ANZ Customer Business Analyst team to support the business operation function as below:
Leading and tracking the CBAs team to achieve their operation function as their job scope and meeting performance matrix (guard band, biz result target, SLA, etc.); including demand and supply management, order fulfillment, shipment logistics, revenue forecast, rebate accrual/payment, audit compliance, etc.
Working on team proceeds and tool optimization/enhancement for the team to ensure group efficiency and productive; especially with new process/tool implementation. Act as local champion for sales transformation initiatives, improving processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement
Window for customer operation support requests and escalation; e.g. new operation process/support on new biz, drive alignment base on environment and business policy changes and needs.
Develop team capability, cultivate work climate and business network, remove roadblocks, develop and implement business processes for efficiency, coach to build core competency for a strong and agile team.
Foster a productive work environment, promoting Intel values, effective communication, and collaboration
The candidate is also responsible for SEA/ANZ pricing management:
Working with various teams, e.g. field sales, BU category sales, cross Geo/Country/Territory organization and other internal stakeholders to maximize biz opportunity thru pricing management support.
This include using pricing strategy to maximize revenue opportunities, support smooth product transition, effective meet competition to win market share.
Also include pricing program (MDF and NRE) support recommendation through understanding customer business and product plan as joint Go To Market effort.
Candidate will be involved in the compliance exercise (e.g. Price Cost Test) and documentation by working with legal team on contract preparation, deliver legally approved agreement in C2A for customer acceptance and support SOX audit.
Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business or Engineering with prior work experience of at least 5 years in IT Industry or Finance in technology company.
Possess soft skills with strong data analysis, critical thinking and time management.
Self-motivated with a passion for technology and related market development.
Energetic with a strong desire to learn.
Good communication skill with bilingual (English and Mandarin) capability and the ability to forge strong interpersonal relationship.
