Job Overview:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Core HR Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Core HR modules. The role requires strong HR process knowledge, technical expertise in Oracle HCM, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Core HR modules (employee data, organizational structure, etc.).
• Support HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights to HR teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist in system upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams for process improvements.
