She/he will be driving the overall brand equity creation process from with a strategic focus on Consumer insights, Ideas Development, Creative & Assets production and social / offline activation Development & Execution which delivers impact to the market.
In this context, she/he be working with internal key stakeholder & external agencies, partners to deliver brand objective on consistent basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use market, industry, regional, consumer data and insights to identify best opportunities.
- Keep monitoring on market trends and work with internal research team to added value from brand /communications strategy on the consist basis.
- Develop IMC campaign base on brand calendar across ATL/BTL/social/ PR to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Engage with brand partner on KIDS to create success together
- Formulate and communicate the strategies with x-function team (media team, CRM, retail marketing, SPOMA and cultural marketing) to ensure the best-in-class execution.
- Work closely with BU, CCS and the other key stakeholders to ensure the retail/brand calendar and integration of brand com support
- Capable to leverage and facilitate x-cat campaign assets shooting to make the best use of brand partners
- Plan and manage the marketing working budgets under Finance rolling forecast guideline
- Proactively manage with agencies and vendors with corporate compliance guideline.
KEY CRITERIA
- Working experience in/with sports brand, retail industry, and FMCG and start-up company will be preferred.
- Demonstrate strong story telling capabilities from ideation / crafting to articulation.
- 8 – 10 years proven experience in brand comm or product marketing function, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- passion and knowledge on sports will be value add.
- Result/KPI oriented and proactive.
- Able to handle stress from timeline and working scope.
- Attention to details and sensitive to finance data.
COMMUNICATION
- Possess strong communication skills, excellent command of English, on top of Chinese-Mandarin.
- Good presenter and be able to present in high stake meeting with bilingual approach.
