- Fluent in German and English (a must).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally with enterprise clients (> €50-150K ACV).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-level client relationships, with a focus on growth and retention.
- Expertise in complex sales cycles and mid-market/enterprise-level account lifecycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, long-term value.
- Great presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at the executive level.
